Article 1 purpose
Imala Design want to challenge bmx riders to design their own pants.
Article 2 the design
The design meets the requirements laid down by us. You shall indemnify Imala Design for claims by third parties in this respect. You own design meets the follow,

2.De pants must be produce available in our pattern. Keep in mind stitching and flexible parts, on the flexible sections we cannot put text or drawing.

Article 3 participations

Article 4 requirements to the inscription
• Imala Design can design that does not fulfil the necessary conditions of participation, both before, during and after judging.

Article 5 submission of the design
Make a digital drawing and send it per mail to info@imaladesign.com. Or make you design on paper scan him or create a clear picture and send it to info@imaladesign.com.

• Imala Design will design first produce ready.

Article 7 intellectual property
By sending you design you warrant that you design an own creation that does not infringe the rights of third parties, such as copyright, design rights and trademark rights, and protect your Imala Design against third party which prior rights on you work is rightfully theirs.

No correspondence will be entered into about the outcome.

• Imala Design gives You permission to you to use design.
• Imala Design may use the winner’s photos for advertising purposes.
